In the same area as the other two Punta Lara properties lies the Villa Alminares which was the original house on the land. Ideal for both couples and families this property commands stunning views over towards Nerja and the sea.

On entering the villa there is a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, full oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer and the typical electrical appliances, toaster, kettle, etc. From here you access the large lounge and dining area which through the windows at each end also has lovely views. The bedrooms are situated downstairs, 2 twin rooms that share a full bathroom and a double room with en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is a very spacious covered terrace area with a built in brick barbecue, from here you can access the large private swimming pool and gardens and private parking area.

Facilities: Washing machine - hob and oven - fridge freezer - microwave - fans - Sat TV (limited UK Channels) - CD Player - DVD Player.

Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis. Extra cleaning is available and payable locally or at time of booking.
