 The villa Azahara is a Spanish style villa in a wonderful position above Burriana Beach and close to the Capistrano Playa development in the Chimenea residential area of Nerja.

 Situated in a cul-de-sac of private villas there is private parking both outside and inside the grounds.

The villa was built in the 1980’s and retains many of the original fixtures and fittings in  very good condition giving a certain retro style to the house.

The main house (3 bed, 2 bath) is all on one floor and is entered via a pretty andalucian style patio. Leading off the entrance hall area are 3 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and a small cloakroom. There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. with bath and overhead shower, wash hand basin, bidet and WC. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with double sink, bath with overhead shower, WC and bidet.

Down a couple of steps from the entrance hall is the open -plan kitchen, large lounge and dining area  which have windows along the whole wall making a lovely light, spacious area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, toaster, kettle etc. Other facilities include a CD and DVD player and Satellite TV . A door from the lounge leads directly on to a large terrace with lovely sea views. The terrace has patio furniture for al fresco dining, retractable sun blinds and is gated for children’s safety.

A series of 20 steps go down from the terrace through the terraced garden to reach the large private pool, sun loungers and BBQ area. Half way down the steps is the entrance to the 4^th bedroom which is below the main house. This is a double bedroom with small bathroom consisting of shower, WC , wash hand basin and  the washing machine is also housed here. There are  wonderful views across the Capistrano Playa valley to the Burriana beach from the large private pool and garden area (with BBQ).   

Facilities: - Washing machine – dishwasher – hob and oven – fridge freezer – microwave  – fans – Sat TV (limited channels) – CD Player.
