Situated in the Capistrano Playa area of Nerja, above the famous Burriana Beach, this delightful property are ideal for couples and families alike. Burriana beach with it's many bars and restaurants in only a 5 minute walk from the villa with the centre of Nerja about 30 minutes away on foot (5 mins. drive), however, there is a regular bus service in to the centre of Nerja that leaves from near the villa.

The property are entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge is equipped with Sat TV, an CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views.  As in all of our houses the kitchens are fully fitted with oven, hob, frige freezer, microwave and washing machine and the usual electrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle, etc. Furnishings throughout are of a good standard in a contemporary style. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and it's terrace area.

Facilities: Washing machine - hob and oven - fridge freezer - microwave - safe - fans- Sat TV (limited channels) - CD Player.

Towels and linen changed weekly, extra cleaning available payable locally or at time of booking.
